"Jumanji: The Next Level" is a action adventure-comedy film directed by Jake Kasdan. It is the second sequel to 1995"s "Jumanji" following 2017"s "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" and the third installment, overall, in the "Jumanji" franchise.
I re-watched the first movie, just to refresh my memory. And after watching the new one, I must say - it wasn"t underwhelming at all! Another great film from the world of Jumanji. The stakes feel higher and the comedy is still great.
This time, the adventures continue in the fantastic world of Jumanji, where nothing is what it seems to be. The players must return to the dangerous game; however, their characters have exchanged with each other leaving us the same heroes but with different looks. Moreover, they must find out where the rest of the players are in order to beat Jumanji again.
The gang is back together again, and you would expect everybody to be on par with what we"ve seen from the first film. Unfortunately, Dwayne Johnson doesn"t seem in his A-game acting like Danny DeVito. It seems like everybody else was more comfortable with changing their voices to suit their counterparts that differ from the first, but Dwayne Johnson did not seem as comfortable as the rest of the cast.
This movie does not have a deep story, and doesn"t try to be anything more than it is, this movie makes you laugh, keeps you entertained and ensures you leave the theater feeling happier than you went in. They added different skills and weakness for all the characters which brought lots of fun and laughs as well. The movie did take a while to get into, and I wasn"t fully intrigued until the thirty-minute mark, but then the movie really takes off.
Overall, the movie does take a while to get going, but when it does it goes full force. Some of the characters bring a lot of laughs and entertainment while other take a bit to get used to. Either way you will have a great time with this movie, and I think it is a good sequel.

Thats it. Im watching jumanji the next level because of the true legend: Danny Devito ?? (Btw I watched the first ever Jumanji and Jumanji welcome to the jungle so I know what happening ??. I SAW THE MOVIE. Is You the movie ?????2:???? - watch online for free as hd720, in the player below, which we kindly provided by our partner. Where is spencer and Bethany. And did the nick jonas character get back in there is that spencer. Man i dont know if they can top the first Maleficent. I loved the last Jumanji film and this sequel didn"t disappoint. Carrying on from the last one, albeit a few years on, it was a great story how and why they re-enter the game, the history between Danny DeVito and Danny Glover was a good side story.
I was curious how they"d get on with the body switching as the players become thier avatars, as they"ve already done it all in the last film, but it worked really well as only Martha/Ruby was the same as in the original and we got the fun of the others being in different bodies - and DeVito and Glover being sucked into the game added funny complications.
How everyone had added skills or weaknesses really worked well, and kept to the original idea that Jumanji is a computer game and additions like that are common in game sequels.
As are the addition of new characters - specifically Ming and the pegasus
Rhys Darby was as great in his role as before!
Overall a brilliant film and one I highly recommend.

Soo. bethany"s wish came true. alex is riding her. Imagine Kevin Hart having to be in a serious none comedy movie because he would probably laugh on every shoot ??. Is the rock going be in every movie smh. Very amusing. i like to imagine that “fridge” (portrayed by Kevin Hart) was not present for this ad after nearly spoiled both the Jumanji Thanksgiving as well as the Jumanji Christmas Carol. Perhaps, Dwayne became tired of Kevins nonsense and finally gave in to his impulses. Looks like well have to wait for Jumanji 3 if we want answers to these questions. The H.264 video format has a very broad application range that covers all forms of digital compressed video from low bit-rate Internet streaming applications to HDTV broadcast and Digital Cinema applications with nearly lossless coding.

The soundtrack crazy train dose all the magic. I thought this wasnt official I was wrong. The Rock: smolders Kevin Hart: “Are you having a heart attack? Breathe breathe.” ????. I cant wait to seeeee yaaas ????????????????. This is gonna be AWESOME. i cant wait.

Had a great time with the movie! It was right up there with Welcome to the Jungle! Go see it if you havent yet. The real sara has come back! I don"t get along with anything with this one…. HEVC was designed to substantially improve coding efficiency compared with H.264/MPEG-4 AVC HP, i.e. to reduce bitrate requirements by half with comparable image quality, at the expense of increased computational complexity.

The ostriches standing there was just so funny to me! ????????. Is it just me or does that castle look the exact same as the one in skellige, witcher 3. Nebula, who are these guys.
